“I have no doubt that when Armenia amends its Constitution — and the Armenian side itself has stated the need for such changes — territorial claims against Azerbaijan will be excluded. Otherwise, this would, first and foremost, be a sign of disrespect toward the United States of America,” the president said in an interview with Azerbaijani media in Washington.
“Everyone knows our position, and practically all major international actors, including the United States, understand it. When a peace agreement is signed, all issues must be resolved, and unfounded territorial claims against us must be removed. Therefore, I have no doubts on this matter,” Aliyev emphasized.
