- Russian Federation – St. Petersburg Institute of Foreign Economic Relations, Economics, and Law: 92%
The primary reasons for non-recognition include discrepancies in educational programs that do not align with Azerbaijani educational standards and overall lower quality of education. Additionally, some universities face issues with accreditation.
The TKTA has stated that this list will be updated regularly, and it advises students to be cautious when pursuing higher education abroad. It is recommended that students verify whether the chosen foreign university is recognized by Azerbaijani authorities before enrolling.
