With the aim of ensuring the steady reintegration of Armenian residents living in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan into Azerbaijani society, and creating opportunities for them to benefit from the support of the Azerbaijani state, a working group has been tasked with addressing social, humanitarian, economic, and infrastructural issues in the Karabakh region, including establishing the legal status of these individuals.
Within the scope of this initiative, the first phase entails the registration of individuals residing in the Karabakh economic region. The State Migration Service will conduct the submission and registration process electronically through a specially created portal to ensure maximum convenience for the applicants and accessibility of information.
The preliminary registration will create conditions for the effective use of all state services by Armenian residents living in the Karabakh economic region, as well as satisfying their socio-economic and humanitarian needs.
The Administration of the President of Azerbaijan informs that for preliminary registration, Armenian residents living in the Karabakh economic region can voluntarily apply through the portal reintegration.gov.az or via the contact details provided below (phone, WhatsApp, email).
