The opening of the Armenian-Turkish border and the railway is of global importance. It is also important to restore links between the main part of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan, Iran and Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told a press conference held on January 10, Report informs, referring to Sputnik Armenia.
He said that concrete steps should be taken to ensure the dynamics of the process: “It is important to continue the work of special representatives and to have direct talks with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. I hope that soon the border will be opened for citizens of third countries.”
The head of government said that opening the borders with Turkiye should not only be negotiated but also concrete steps should be taken.
