“The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic ceases to exist, all state institutions will be dissolved until January 1, 2024”, the “decree” by the last head of the Karabakh junta Samvel Shahramanyan states.
Yes, the one who should be glad that he did not end up in Baku pre-trial detention center, as it happened to Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arayik Harutyunyan, David Babayan and Ruben Vardanyan. However, perhaps his joy is somewhat premature. In any case, Shahramanyan emphasized at the time that “this decree comes into force immediately after its publication”. I would also like to remind that Shahramanyan offered Armenians, who illegally lived in the occupied territories of our country with the passports of citizens of the Republic of Armenia, to familiarize themselves with the conditions of reintegration presented by Azerbaijan and make an independent decision on the possibility of staying in the region or returning to Karabakh. As they say, all his moves were written down.
It is all the more surprising to see how a completely different topic is being promoted now. A number of Armenian media, politicians and political analysts are now ranting that there is a “document” on the cancellation of the “decree” signed by Shahramanyan. Moreover, it is even claimed that the thing, which in Armenia is high-mindedly called “the government of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic”, for some reasons avoids the publication of the “document”.
But this is not all. The information is circulated in the Armenian media that Shahramanyan himself stated on October 20 that “no document can dissolve the state created by the people”, thus making it clear that the “decree” signed by him has no legal force. In general, provocation has saddled provocation and is driven by provocation. Another thing is that very soon everything will become very clear – January 1 is not far away. If Armenians start revanchist games with the resuscitation of the puppet entity, even on the territory of Armenia, the even stronger “Iron Fist” will fall with all its might on the head of the hydra, making the Zangazur corridor and the Republic of Western Azerbaijan a reality. If the Armenians do not want the peace they so badly need, then we will act in accordance with the challenge thrown to us.
As they say, every rope has an end, no matter how long it is. And here, already on the first day of the new year, it will become clear who and what planned and is planning.
Today it is indisputable that both in Armenia itself, with the consent of Pashinyan and his inner circle, and beyond its borders, there are forces that do not hide their interest in ensuring that the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict is not resolved. First of all, we are talking about the world Armenians, who have long been engaged by politicians of various calibers in various countries across the world. And here, of course, France stands apart, where the entire political elite – President Macron, Foreign Minister Colonna, Paris Mayor Hidalgo and a number of other politicians, MPs and senators – openly took the path of provocations against Azerbaijan.
They supported Armenian separatism without exerting any pressure on official Yerevan while our lands were under occupation. Openly false and provocative statements about our state were made from Paris during all these three years. And after Azerbaijan conducted an anti-terrorist operation and fully restored its territorial integrity, France tried to condemn official Baku. Yes, France even tried to use the UN Security Council for this purpose. But they failed. And after all these defeats of official Paris, we see that France accelerated militarization of Armenia and support of revanchist sentiments in the “country of stones”. Everyone in Azerbaijan sees this. And our country is certainly ready to respond to any development of the situation.
