Minval Politika has obtained a photograph of Dmitry Sergeyevich Paladichuk — the commander of the crew operating combat vehicle No. 274 of the “Pantsir-S” air defense missile and artillery system. He serves in the 1st division of the 80th anti-aircraft missile regiment of the mobile reserve of the 14th Army of the Russian Aerospace Forces and Air Defense (military unit No. 75564).
According to sources, this crew was responsible for the strike on the AZAL passenger aircraft that was shot down on December 25, 2024. More than seven months have passed since the tragedy, yet none of the individuals responsible have been held accountable.
A day earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev announced that Azerbaijan is preparing legal action against Russia in international courts over the attack on the passenger aircraft.
