Altay Rustamov, co-founder of the German-Azerbaijani House of Culture and co-chairman of the Cologne Azerbaijan House, spoke about energy-efficient houses of the German model.

Leyla Baghirzade, founder and general director of Swiss Alternative Financing AG, Head of Azerbaijan branch, member of the Board of the Joint Chambers of Commerce of Switzerland-Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the South Caucasus, coordinator of the Coordination Council of Swiss Azerbaijanis, spoke about blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies for climate finance and sustainable investments.
Technical manager of wind farms in “Alterric Deutschland GmbH” company Nurlan Rahimli spoke about the efficient and effective operation of wind turbines in Azerbaijan.
Ilkin Alkhasli, a researcher at the Fraunhofer IKTS (Institut für keramische Technologien und Systeme) and Kognitive Materialdiagnostik group on the diagnosis of materials with artificial intelligence, touched on the topic of artificial intelligence in non-destructive tests.

It should be noted that in recent years the State Committee on work with Diaspora has been organizing specialized forums with the participation of specialists living in foreign countries. To date, several forums of Azerbaijani scientists and doctors living abroad have been organized. These forums were met with great interest among the Azerbaijani diaspora.
