The event features around 300 guests, including leaders of ruling parties from member and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
The conference will include three plenary sessions on the following topics: “Organization of Turkic States: Regional Contribution to Global Security,” “Unity of Common Values and Modernity: Party Diplomacy as a New Dialogue Platform,” and “Turkic World 2040: A Conceptual Vision of the Future.”
It has been reported that the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, sent a message to the participants of the conference. The message was read by the head of the Presidential Administration’s Department for Relations with Political Parties and the Legislative Authority, Adalat Valiyev.
