Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, has responded to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan who, on his Twitter page, stated that the cargo sent to Karabakh is allegedly ‘vitally important food-stuff’.
Hikmat Hajiyev noted that the Aghdam-Khankandi road is fully operational for delivering all kids of goods, as agreed in Brussels.
He noted that not allowing the use of this road, exploiting local inhabitants as hostage and organizing imitative delivery of goods are nothing but speculation, manipulation and blackmailing.
